Changing my Underpants
That’s what I’m afraid they will say about my mind when I die.
I changed it like I do my drawers.
Oh well.
Laa De Daaa
It’s almost 11pm and I should be in bed right now but I am wide awake and thinking about the big great world I want to take over.
(Muuuhahaha)
I started tonight with giving my hubby a not so frequent but very meticulous pedicure.
Nothing says love like rubbing your mans feet.
I like to do it when he least expects it so he learns to never expect it.
(Guess my secret is out huh honey?)
I’m so full of beans tonight it’s not funny.
I’m thinking about travel and I’m thinking about staying home.
About babies and universal takeover.
I want to do it all.
Kind of like that Running Blog I started that well….. died.
I put so much thought into it! I’m not sure what happened!
The major problem I guess was that I had to stop running.
Everything has a season you know.
I put so much freakin work into that thing though, I’m going to revive it somehow (or try) whenever Ethan goes back to school.
For now, all is lost and hopeless.
I’m focusing my energies on other endeavors for the time being.
As for news in the Champion household….
We just returned from a lovely vacation in the Keys,
(Pictures to follow)
Also,
I have a very special wedding to attend this Sunday for a dear friend,
A Single Mom who is indeed a very strong lady.
My sweet and lovely friend Kari has found true love when she least expected it as many of us do.
I am so happy for her and her little boy and so thrilled we get to share in their special day.
I must say,
That for all the things that have happened to me in my life, I surely feel blessed beyond measure to be experiencing all the goodness of life now and watching my friends find happiness whether it’s in a soul mate, buying a house for the first time or landing that big corporate job you always dreamed of…
There is so much good that surrounds me, it’s no wonder I feel I can conquer the world!
For now,
I think I will conquer my pillow.
Goodnight.

Your running blog is fun, I'm sorry to hear you got injured. I hop things heal quickly for you.
I love your inspiring words...
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I really should write more. I have just been so busy. But I decided to add an entry, just for you, since your friendly note inspired me.
Yay! I'm so thankful that you will be at our wedding. It is incredible how both of our lives have changed since we met. We related as lonely, christian single-moms with sorry exes and now we both will be happily married with positive male role models in our sons' lives. God is SO good.
K- your blog is addicting! I love the simple look and your writing- come over to meanmommyacademy.blogspot.com and pick up a writing award! Again- love this...
Thanks everyone! Sorry Its taken me so long to comment back, things have been a little crazy around here. But I appreciate all the warm wishes!
