Busy Summer…
It’s me.
Lil ole me.
I’m still here……
It’s been a busy summer.
My first summer as a “Full Time Mom” and let me tell you, there’s not a second to spare.
This has been the first evening in a long time when I’m not completely exhausted from the day.
And still, I have some much to catch up on; I can’t really spend much time writing at all.
I just wanted to say hello.
That I’m alive and well.
Things are great here.
We have been doing a little of this…

And a little of that…

Hank celebrated his first Father’s Day

Where we bestowed to him, “The Best Father’s Day Fezz……. EVER” and a coffee cup that Ethan painted his name on so Hank wouldn’t forget that Ethan gave it to him.

Haha.
We went to Birmingham again and saw the best Mary in the whole world.

Celebrated our Independence.

My brothers went to college (moved into dorms) all three at the same time.

In this passing, they gave Ethan the Flag that hung on their bedroom wall since the twins were 3 years old. They acquired it after making the trek from Florida to Virginia, just the twin toddlers and my Dad when HIS Dad died. It was a passing of the torch one could say.(Mike and Jason could not be present for torch passing)

I was so happy they gave it to E.
What else did we do?
Went to Underground Atlanta finally, which sounds entirely way more exciting than it actually is.

We give it…

Two thumbs down, with the major thrill playing a little game called, “Make it past the street vendors, homeless people and crack heads without getting mugged.”
I was just happy to get our paper Varsity hats and greasy French fries.

Something else happened….
Oh yeah,

I turned another year older.
So much!
And it’s only July….
It’s taken me about 3 hours to write this (with the usual interruptions) and now I am tired.
So it’s goodnight.
You will hear from me again when Ethan starts school…. End of August.
